This new venture is centred on working closely with founders of European craft spirits brands who are deeply invested in what they have built and how it is made. It comes from a shared love of craft, of place, and of the people behind the liquid. We believe a spirit is more than a product. It carries soil, season, hands and intent, and deserves to enter new markets with its meaning intact. Our role is to bring experience and judgement to that journey, helping brands grow in Asia without losing what made them worth building.
It reflects a conscious move away from corporate scale and process towards a more personal, hands-on way of working. The focus is on fewer brands, fewer markets and deeper relationships, built with care rather than noise. We believe brands travel on trust as much as logistics, and that the difference between something that ships and something that stays is attention. This work is about carrying that attention across borders so that wherever the bottle is opened, the why is felt as clearly as the what.
INTERESTED?
Business development and consulting is not for everyone, and that is very intentional. It is about working closely with founders and partners on real market entry, relationship building and long term growth, rather than chasing transactions or short term results. It tends to resonate with people who have industry experience and an entrepreneurial mindset, especially those who have spent time in structured corporate environments and are now looking for work that feels more human, more hands on and more meaningful.

Ben is a British entrepreneur and content creator based in Siem Reap, Cambodia. He began his career in finance before pivoting into sales and marketing, where he found his true passion—building brands and connecting products to people across cultures. Over the years, Ben has lived and worked across the globe, developing a hands-on, grassroots approach to business. Whether launching new market operations or helping brands scale across borders, he has always focused on long-term, sustainable growth.
Formerly based in Bangkok as a Senior Vice President overseeing the APAC region for a US Nasdaq-listed consumer tech company, Ben has led business development across Japan, India, Taiwan, China, and throughout Southeast Asia. In addition to his corporate career, he founded his own consumer brand, which he successfully exited in 2018. That exit allowed him to step away from the corporate treadmill and focus on more independent, meaningful work. Today, he runs a brand agency helping Western consumer brands expand into Asia through licensing, retail strategy, and regional distribution—bridging the gap between cultural nuance and commercial opportunity across markets like Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, and Malaysia.
Ben also runs a YouTube channel—Reboot My Life | Siem Reap—which he started to offer a more honest and grounded take on expat life. Frustrated by the flood of clickbait vloggers and shallow content, he created the channel as a space for deeper reflection on culture, identity, growth, and the reality of life abroad. His videos explore everything from dating and emotional stagnation to cultural misunderstanding and the subtle influence of the West on Asia. With a tone that is thoughtful, personal, and culturally sensitive, his content speaks to expats and locals who are tired of surface-level stories.
While business remains his core focus, content creation has become a fun and meaningful creative outlet. Ben is still learning the ropes of video production and storytelling—but for him, that’s part of the joy. The channel isn’t about perfection—it’s about perspective. And with each video, he hopes to get a little better at telling the kind of stories that actually matter.
